The Billabong Sanctuary is one of Townsville’s favorite places for family fun.

It sets on 11 hectares (25 acres) of natural habitat, where you can see any number of native Australian animals, including wombats, crocodiles, koalas, cassowaries, kangaroos and even snakes.

It costs $32 for adults and $19 for kids to go to the Billabong Sanctuary.
